We supply a wide range of metallic flexible hoses in SS AISI 304, 321, 316 and 316-L. We offer Stainless steel corrugated flexible hoses from 6mm NB (1/4 “) to 250mm NB (10”). The annular corrugated hose body provides tight core to the assembly. We also supply highly flexible close-pitch and heavy duty hoses for special applications.
Unbraided corrugated hoses tends to elongate axially when pressure is applied and an external layer of SS wire braid is provided to stop elongation. At the same time, the braid makes the assembly pressure resistant. Multiple layers of flexible braiding are provided for higher pressure applications. The braid is normally in SS 304 wire; however SS 316 and SS 321 braids are also available.
